Overlooking the water in Coconut Grove, this newly built apartment started as a blank slate, but the owners sought to make it distinctly their own. Jorge Rosso was tasked with transforming the basic builder’s layout into a functional, stylish space that catered to the needs of a blended family. Key upgrades included the selection of high-end finishes, smart home integration, and custom cabinetry to elevate the home beyond its original design.

Thoughtful modifications were made to enhance both the aesthetics and functionality of the space. A closet was reimagined as a mini office, providing a discreet workspace, while walls were adjusted to open up the kitchen and connect it to stunning water views. The back half of the unit was transformed into cozier, more private areas, positioning smaller rooms towards less appealing views and keeping the focus on the expansive, light-filled main spaces.
